1. Put the frozen spinach in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, drain and finely chop.

2. In a bowl, beat the eggs like an omelet with yogurt and oil. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Add the diced cheese and spinach.

3. Grease the muffin tins with oil or butter and pour the mixture into 3/4 of the form.

1 kg of flour
3 eggs
250 ml of warm milk
2 sachets of dry yeast Dr Oetker
1 vial of vanilla essence
grated lemon peel
7 tablespoons sugar
a pinch of salt
50 ml oil (for kneading at the end)

Preparation Fluffy donuts with chocolate cream
In a large bowl, mix the flour with the yeast and salt. Heat the milk a little and then melt the sugar in it. we make a hole in the flour, we put eggs, sweetened milk, vanilla essence and lemon peel. If you think the dough is a bit thin, add a little more flour. It also depends a lot on the size of the eggs. Knead well and finally add oil, little by little, and continue kneading until all the oil is incorporated into the dough.

Leave to rise for about 45 minutes. in a warm place and covered with a towel. Prepare the work table, sprinkle a little flour and spread some of the dough on the table (the sheet should be thinner than the usual sheet for simple donuts). With a glass, we make shapes, but we don't press hard on the dough, but only to see where to put the piles of finetti.
We spread the second sheet and put it over the dough with finetti. We will see the chocolate lumps and try to cut the donuts with the same glass.
We leave them on the table for about 15 minutes and then we fry them in a bowl with oil.
But be careful: the part on which the donuts sat on the table should be up in the frying pan.
When it turns a red color, remove it on a paper napkin to absorb excess oil.

If you want to replace canned fruit with fresh seasonal fruit, prepare a simple syrup by boiling one (1) cup of sugar, 2 cups water and the peel of 1 lemon for about 10 minutes.

Method of preparation

Drain the canned fruit, putting the syrup separately. Cut the fruit into small pieces and mix with the other ingredients for the filling.

Place one of the tops on a cake plate. Sprinkle the top with canned fruit syrup. Cover the worktop with one-third of the filler composition. Repeat the steps with the two remaining countertops and the remaining filling.

Heat the Fineti spreadable hazelnut cream (to spread it more easily) and cover the cake evenly. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes.

At the end, decorate the cake using a croissant filled with Fineti spreadable cream with hazelnuts and milk and glazed cherries.


Homemade Finetti recipe

With this recipe you will fully feel the aroma of the hazelnuts and you will really feel the senses.

Ingredient:

  • 1 cup hazelnuts
  • 350 grams of milk chocolate, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (rapeseed oil)
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

Method of preparation:

  1. & Heat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Spread the hazelnuts in a layer on a baking sheet and leave them in the oven for about 12 minutes.
  2. When they are ripe, wrap them in a kitchen towel and rub them vigorously to remove the shell better.
  3. Grind the hazelnuts in a blender until a paste is formed. Add the oil, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt and continue to mix until the contents are as smooth as possible.
  4. Add the melted chocolate and mix well until all the ingredients are mixed.
  5. When the mixture is fine, pour the Finetti cream into a jar and cover with a lid.
  6. Homemade Finetti cream is good to consume for a maximum of 2 weeks & acircni.

You can buy homemade Finetti with a spoon, directly from the jar, or you can use it as a cake icing. To do this, just mix half a cup of homemade Finetti with 3 tablespoons of butter at room temperature and a cup of sugar. Mix well until you get a creamy paste. Then increase the speed of the mixer and add 2 tablespoons of cream. Continue to mix until you get a smooth and fluffy paste. Add the cream thus obtained over the cake, it is absolutely irresistible!
