Couscous - couscous and smoked with baked pepper salad
I had to try this couscous too, honestly I really liked it and c
I'm sure I'll make it in other combinations, for now I made it that way because I didn't know what it tasted like and I said to take my husband's smoky eyes out a little so that he would be tempted to taste it too, and even she liked it :)
- smoked sausages
- smoked ribs
- cus-cus 250 grams
- olive oil
- hot Chilli
- grated cheese
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
COOKING RECIPE - couscous and smoked with baked pepper salad:
Fry the sausages and ribs in oil.
Meanwhile, put 70 ml of olive oil in a pan and heat the couscous in it, then add 750 ml of hot water over it, season and let it boil.
After the water has dropped and boiled, place the grated cheese on top.
Serve with smoked meat and a baked pepper salad that is made like here
we can fry the couscous in the oil in which we fried the smoke, but I made it separately because I wanted to see what it tastes like.
