RECIPE PREPARATION Pasta salad:
Boil the pasta in salted water, preferably strain it well and put it in a large bowl. Cut the ham and apple into small cubes and place them over the pasta together with the squeezed peas and grated cheese and season with salt and pepper. Make mayonnaise from 1 iron yolk and one raw or put it in a jar over pasta. It can be served when it is ready or after it has been in the fridge for a while.
If you have Barilla or Italian pasta after boiling, they do not wash because they lose their taste.
