Put a bowl with 3 l of water and a little salt on the fire.

We clean the vegetables and wash them.

Chop the onion into scales, slice the carrot and pepper into cubes.

When the water reaches boiling point, add the vegetables and cover the bowl.

We prepare the meatballs like this: we pass the chicken breast through the robot, as well as the onion and we mix them.

Add the rice, season the mixture with pepper, thyme and salt, put the egg and egg white in the composition and mix well.

When the vegetables in the bowl penetrate easily, form the meatballs and add them to the soup.

Let them boil for about 20-30 minutes, for safe cooking, take out a meatball and try it.

Add the juice from a lemon.

Press the peeled garlic and mix it with the egg yolk.

Add the sour cream and mix well, then dilute the mixture with a little hot soup.

Pour the diluted mixture into the soup, stirring vigorously so that the cream does not cheese and leave the soup on the fire for another 10 minutes, during which time we add more salt and spices, then turn off the heat and add the chopped parsley.

Serve hot with hot peppers (who likes it).

Meanwhile, until the boiling is done, make the minced meatballs, rice (100 g) and salt. When the liquid starts to boil, reduce the heat to low and add the meatballs one by one. Continue cooking for another 1 hour. When the meatballs are cooked, add the rice (200 g), broth, borscht and parsley. Leave for another 15 minutes on low heat. Serve with hot peppers and sour cream.

With many vegetables, sour and good, it's as if you can't refuse when it's offered to you.

This time I prepared it for Multicooker 5in1 Digital Crock-Pot, even more easily and without having to supervise it.

For this appliance I also make soups, and main course, and dessert.

Ingredients for the juice
  • about 350-400 grams of chopped vegetables & # 8211 white roots (celery, parsnips, parsley), carrots, pods, red bell peppers, onions, peas (you can also use frozen mixture)
  • 3.5-4 l water
  • 3 yolks
  • salt
  • pepper
  • green larch & # 8211 half tie
  • green parsley & # 8211 half tie
  • lemon juice to taste
  • 3 tablespoons oil

For meatballs

  • 500 g minced beef or veal
  • 2 eggs
  • chopped parsley
  • 3 tablespoons rice
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparing meatball soup

Connect it to the power supply and press the standby button. Select the frying program, put oil in the bowl, then press the START button.

Allow to heat and place the vegetables. Bake for 3-4 minutes, then stop the program.

Pour water into the bowl and a tablespoon of salt.

Select the slow cooking program, set the low stage and time to 1:30, set the lid on the pan and press start.

Wash the rice under a stream of hot water and drain well.

Put it in a bowl and add eggs, meat, a little chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste.

Stir vigorously until you have a homogeneous composition.

With wet hands, form balls of meat in your palm, which you place on a board and then cool.

When the beep of the appliance alerts you, add the meatballs to the bowl, secure the lid, then select the same program, but set the stage high, time 3:00.

At the end of the program, take the lid carefully, quickly beat the egg yolks in a bowl, gradually adding a little juice from the bowl. Then pour everything over the rest of the soup, adjust the taste of salt and pepper and sour with lemon juice to taste.

Chicken meatball soup

  • a celery root (the size of an egg)
  • 1 bell pepper
  • a cup of tomato juice
  • 3 tablespoons rice
  • 2.5 liters of chicken soup (or water)
  • borscht to taste

  • 1/2 kg minced chicken (breast and thighs)

  • 2 tablespoons rice

I cleaned and washed the vegetables, then cut them into cubes. I boiled them in a pot with 2.5 liters of soup. If you do not have soup, replace it with water.
While the vegetables were boiling, I took care of them hair dryers:
Over the minced meat I added the egg, rice, onion and finely chopped greens. I seasoned with salt and pepper, then I mixed the composition well. With my hands soaked in water, I took the composition and formed hairpins that I placed on a plate.

When the vegetables were half cooked, I added the meatballs, and after about 10 minutes, the rice. I let it simmer. If the soup / water drops too much, add more to another hot one. That was not the case with me.
I boiled the borsch separately. When the meatballs were well penetrated and the boiled rice I poured borsch and tomato juice. I matched the taste of salt.
I let it boil for 2-3 minutes and turned off the heat under the pot. I lightly beat an egg with a fork and added it to the soup pot, stirring constantly to form "rags". At the end I sprinkled the chopped larch. A delicious soup came out, invite the table!

Meatball soup

Meatball soup is one of the most loved and made recipes for children and adults. The meatballs are soft, easy to eat, along with properly seasoned soup. It is perfect in any season, but especially when you get home cold and you want to defuse yourself with a bowl of hot, straight soup with sour cream.

In a bowl add all the ingredients for the meatballs and mix well. Form meatballs with a diameter of about 2-3 cm. You should get about 30 meatballs, depending on how big you shape them. Refrigerate the meatballs until they need to be added to the soup pot.

Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add onions, carrots and celery. Let it boil for about 5 minutes or until the onion becomes translucent and soft. Season with salt and pepper, according to preference. Add tomato paste, chicken soup and water. Boil all the ingredients and then add the meatballs one at a time.

Let the meatballs boil in the pot for about 10 minutes or until they cook well (you will know this, because they rise to the surface). Season the soup and add the lemon juice. Slowly add an egg, stirring constantly. Cook for another minute, after which you can sprinkle parsley on top.


Chicken breast meatball soup


Cut the pepper in half, clean the seeds and wash.


Peel a squash, grate it and cut it in half.


Peel the onion and wash it.


The vegetables are boiled in 2 l of water, together with 5-6 tablespoons of oil and a teaspoon of salt for 10-15 minutes, during which time the meatballs are prepared.


The chicken breast is cut into small pieces, washed and passed through the food processor. Then put in a bowl and mix with peeled onions, washed and chopped, washed rice, eggs, a little salt, a little ground black pepper, a knife tip of paprika and a little mixture of herbs. The meatballs are formed and placed, one by one, in boiling water. Let it continue to boil. Add more water if necessary.


At the end, when the meat is cooked, add the tomatoes prepared for winter and a washed larch thread, after which the salt soup is suitable.


BITTER MEAT SOUP WITH BORSHIP

Sour meatball soup with borscht is loved by everyone.

Most of the time we prepare pork meatball soup, sometimes with a mixture of beef and pork, or just chicken, and we can sour it as well with lemon juice, vinegar or delicious cabbage juice. some regions of our country.

I present to you in the following my recipe today with meatball soup prepared from a mixture of beef and pork, which I enlivened with a beef broth and the wonderful borscht of bran.

ingredients:

  • 500 gr. minced meat mixture (pork and beef)
  • 1 pc. rasol vita
  • 1 pc. parsnip
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 pcs. onion
  • 1 pc. little celery
  • Gras bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoons rice
  • 1 or
  • 400 gr. tomatoes in broth
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 700 ml. tarate bags
  • ½ teaspoon thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 link leustean
  • 1 link parsley

For starters, I put cold water in a 5-liter pot and boil the beef broth together with the coarsely chopped celery stalk.

Before it boils, I take the foam from the top a few times until I get a transparent and clean soup, then I cover the pot with a lid and let it simmer for at least an hour and a half.

Put the carrot, celery and parsnip on the large grater, finely chop an onion and bell pepper, then fry them together in a pan with three to four tablespoons of rapeseed oil.

After they soften a little, sprinkle a teaspoon of paprika on top, mix a few more times and turn the vegetables in the pot prepared for the soup.

While they are on the fire, for 15-20 minutes, I take care of the meatball mixture. Finely grate an onion over the minced meat, add the egg and half a teaspoon of thyme, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.

At the end I add the two tablespoons of rice that I boiled before for 3-4 minutes and I homogenize them in the prepared composition.

I shape the meatball balls and add them one by one in the soup pot.

After half an hour, add the chopped tomatoes and a tablespoon of tomato paste.

Bring the borscht that I put in a kettle to a separate boil and pour it into the soup, adjust the salt taste, then put the lid on and leave the pot on the fire for a few more minutes.

After a final check if the meatballs are cooked, turn off the heat and set the pot aside.

Only after it calms down, chop the parsley and the larch threads that will complete the special and sour taste of the wonderful meatball soup.

You can serve it with extra cream and a little fresh parsley sprinkled on top.

Meatball soup is one of the traditional Romanian dishes.
You can use pork, beef or a mixture of your choice. Also, according to the same recipe, I also cook meatball soup with turkey or chicken.
The secret is to use lean meat. The fatter the meat, the more likely it is that the meatballs will spread in the soup.
Another secret is to knead the meat more by hand so that the meatballs come out fluffy.
For sour, use what you have at hand or what you prefer more: borscht, lemon juice or cabbage juice, sour cream, yogurt. I don't like the taste of thyme, but you can put a little in the meat or even a sprig in the soup.
To give more flavor to the soup, sometimes boil a few beef bones first, but it is not mandatory.
