Cheesecake and yogurt
We start by preparing the dough. Mix the egg with the sugar, salt powder and essences. Add the oil and milk (which must be warm) and pour in the rain, sifted flour, mixed with yeast. Knead the dough, adding little by little, melted (and cooled) butter. We leave it to grow, in a warm place, until it doubles in volume.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Mix the cottage cheese, cream cheese, yogurt and sour cream with the sugar, lemon peel and essences. We also add eggs and homogenize the composition.
From the kneaded dough, spread a large, thin sheet (or two smaller ones), which we will place in a tray greased with oil. Pour the composition, add the raisins and place the rest of the sheet over. Grease the foil with a mixture of egg and yogurt and put the pie in the oven until nicely browned. After it is baked, let it cool a bit and then cover it with a napkin / kitchen towel. Enjoy your meal.
