I found a very good-looking image with this name on a "I'm looking for a recipe" site, only the recipe was incomplete and the link didn't work anymore. The combination seemed exciting to me and I set to work with minimal information. -I liked what came out and I will probably repeat the recipe in the fasting version.

  • 500 gr potatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 10 green basil leaves
  • salt
  • pepper

Servings: 2

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Mashed potatoes with basil, garlic and olive oil:

  1. Peel a squash, grate it and boil it in salted water with the garlic cloves.

  2. I didn't want a strong garlic taste so I boiled it.

  3. Drain the potatoes and mash them.

  4. Mix with sour cream and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

  5. Also now incorporate half of the sliced basil leaves.

  6. Serve this hot puree with your favorite raw salad.

  7. When serving, put a little olive oil on top, decorate with the rest of the basil leaves and sprinkle with ground black pepper and a few whole peppercorns.

Good appetite !!!!
